Goodhue

Mrs. Clark Eaton History

Joseph Goodhue born circa 1840 in Maine.

1874: Said to have built a cabin that stood for many years on the spit that stands across the mouth of Fish Harbor.

1880 Federal Census of Brinnon: Goodhue noted working as a Fisherman.

April 26, 1882 Deed Records: Sec 4 R25 R1W, 147.25 Acres

1900 and 1920 Federal Census: Living in Pierce County Veterans Home.

The cabin burned down in the summer of 1940.
